On-Demand report can be requested in 2 cases:
•User wants to receive manually processed most recent Company Information.
•Searched Company was not found in online information source.
For the first option user has to choose Other Countries in the list of available countries on the searching page. This option is dedicated for those countries where Online information sources do not exist. (All countries besides listed in the drop-down below).
For the second option user has to search for the company which is not available in online information source. On-Demand report option must be enabled for the information source in which the company was searched for.
A click on the Order report on-demand link will bring user to the On-Demand report request page which looks the following:
User has to provide the maximum available information in order to help system operators with investigation:
•Available fields are:
•Company Number
•Company Name
•Country (mandatory field - lookup)
•City
•Street
•Comment
User has two options - On-demand report standard delivery or Express delivery with corresponding prices and maximum days for delivery.
After request is created user will receive the email notification and the request will be put to the report queue (My Profile -> My Reports). When the report is done and request is finished user will also receive an email notification. Report then can be found in the reports queue.
