Momentarily Creditinformation.com provides you with online business credit reports from Germany, France, UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Greece, Iceland, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Switzerland, Denmark and Malta. The country coverage will increase in near future

Investigated on demand reports are available for more than 200 countries. Please select “other countries” in the country dropdown menu to order a report.

» Where does the data come from?

It is mainly provided by our Creditinfo countries. In some countries we rely on our partner network to increase overall coverage.

» How can I set up an online account?

Simply fill in the register form. Opening an account with Creditinformation.com enables you to pre-charge it in order to view and download credit reports from all available countries. Alternatively it is possible to pay credit reports per purchase. All purchased credit reports are accessible through the online archive for the time of one year

» Which payment methods are accepted?

The online account can be charged via Paypal and credit card.

» I am already a Creditinfo customer in a country…

In this case please contact your local Creditinfo office. It will provide you with all details needed in order to access your account.


About the credit reports

» What information does the credit report include?

The information a credit report includes may vary depending on the country. Creditinfo collects information from local business registries and updates its database on a regular base, at least once per month. If the inquired company has not delivered any financial account to the business registry it is likely that they will not be part of the online report. In case you order an investigated report the content of the report depends on the information collected from the company in question itself, as well as public accessible data. Creditinformation.com can not guarantee that a credit report contains all relevant information.

» There is no online credit report available…

In this case you have the option to order an on demand report, which will be investigated locally in each country. In order to ensure quality, this can take a few days. You can choose between two different delivery times (Express and Standard). When ordering an on demand report is is important to enter precise information (name, address and register number) about the company in question to ensure that you receive information about the right company.

» In which formats is the credit report downloadable?

The credit reports can be downloaded as an Acrobat .pdf or XML file.

» Are there any credit reports about individuals available?

No, there are only business reports available.

It will be sent to the e-mail account you indicated when registering yourself and you can download it online from your personal Creditinformation.com archive.

» What happens if an on demand report can not be delivered?

In the rare case we will not be able to deliver you an on demand report you will receive your money back. In case you have a pre-charged Creditinformation.com account this will be credited, else we will credit the amount back on your credit card.

» How much does an online credit report cost?

A single online report costs € 25. If you are Creditinfo customer, please contact your local Creditinfo office.

» How much does an on demand report cost?

The costs for an on demand report range from € 55 to € 75 depending on region and delivery terms.

» How long does an on demand report take?

You are able to choose between two delivery times: “Standard” and “Express”. With “Standard” delivery time you will receive your credit report within a maximum of 10 working days, with “Express” it will take a maximum of 5 working days.

» How long are my downloaded credit reports stored online in the archive?

Your downloaded credit reports are stored in your personal Creditinformation.com archive for one year. But please keep in mind, that up to date information is the key to minimize your risk. In order to access your archive, an online account is requested.
